AI Search

AI Search finds files and assets from a natural-language description. It is available from the AI Search item in the left navigation when the module is enabled for your organization.

Find a file

1. Select AI Search in the left navigation.
2. Enter a description of what you need, such as red pump or cooling system diagram.
3. Select a result to open its file details.

Image results display a thumbnail. Other supported file types display a file-type icon. AI-matched results include an AI Match badge and may include a generated description explaining the match.

File details

The file-details panel shows the filename, image preview when available, file size, AI description, and the assets that use the file. When a related asset is associated with project features, the panel also links to those features and scenes.

Select a related asset to open it in the Asset Manager. Select a non-image file preview to open or download the file.

AI Search only returns files and assets that your account is allowed to access.

Asset-name results

AI Search also includes assets whose names match the search text. Select an asset result to open that entry in the Asset Manager.
