Feature Details
Editing Details
To edit a feature's details, click on the Feature Details button. This will open a dialog box with the following tools for enhancing your feature:
WYSIWYG Editor
The What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get (WYSIWYG) text editor allows you to add and format information for the feature. You can include:
- Text
- Lists
- Tables
- Hyperlinks
- Images
- Videos
This tool provides a flexible way to document key details about the feature directly within the visualization.
Custom Fields
The Custom Fields editor enables you to attach additional data to your features. These fields can be used for:
- Advanced filtering in the Viewer using the Advanced Search tool.
- Quickly querying and identifying specific features in complex scenes.
Attachments
The Attachments feature allows you to store external files directly with the feature. You can:
- Upload files from your computer.
- Provide a URL to link to an external file.
These attachments can be viewed or downloaded, providing easy access to supplemental resources.
Assets
The Assets section lets you link a feature to an asset stored in the Asset Manager. This integration ensures:
- Asset information remains consistent across visualizations.
- Changes made to an asset in the Asset Manager automatically propagate to all linked features.
Using these tools, you can enrich your features with relevant data, making them more interactive and informative.
